Processing Steps

  1. Image processing and background subtraction

Results

  • Structure factors: lysozyme_merged.mtz (99.8% complete to 1.5 Å)
  • Diffuse maps: lysozyme_diffuse_3d.h5 (HDF5 format)
  • Statistics: Rmerge = 6.2%, CC1/2 = 0.998
  • Quality: Excellent agreement between symmetry-related observations

Analysis

Strong diffuse scattering patterns observed along specific crystallographic directions, indicating correlated molecular motions. Patterns consistent with liquid-like motions previously reported for lysozyme.
